Inez is a front runner, in my opinion, in helping buyers purchase their dream home. She is very customer service-oriented and above. She is not just there to find her customers a home or just make a commission, she is there to help them find their way in this tough market. She lets you make your own decisions, but she guides you to think about things that will affect you now and in your future. For example, I said I love homes with concrete flooring. She educated me about concrete flooring, do not give it like carpet or wood floors. That gave me something to think about because I’ll be 70 years old next month. I already have hip and back issues. Another example, I had looked at a nice home, but I never thought about the fact that I would be backing out onto a busy highway. I strongly felt her interest was in my best interest for now and the future. She responded to all of my questions anytime, day or night.
